From the get go, Red Box is determined to make your experience a seamless and successful one. You are to make a room reservation beforehand or inquire at the receptionist's desk upon your arrival if they still have rooms (which range from PHP 300 -- PHP 500 per person, depending on the time of the day) available. If you are lucky enough, you'll be led to your private room; otherwise, you have to wait at the waiting area for a room to be vacated. Upon settling in your room, welcome drinks of your choice will be served. Every customer is entitled to two (2) free welcome drinks or one (1) cocktail. The staff will then demonstrate on how to operate the karaoke before leaving the room. A menu is provided that offers choices of appetizers, snacks, drinks and finger foods.
